Why am I a Homeopath?

Some years ago I had several health complaints and like anyone I visited my local GP who then referred me to a specialist. After my appointment and coming away with a large bag of medication, my first thought was that they didn’t listen to me. With that in mind my confidence in the medication that I has given, wained.

I had always been interested in natural health, so when a friend suggested a Homeopath, I made the decision to book an appointment, but before I did I checked out on NHS Choices, what they thought about Homeopath and it was really positive.

After my first appointment in which she took into account all of my presenting symptoms, I felt that someone was really listening to me. After a few treatments my health improved and I was back on track, not just physically but mentally also.

I was amazed at how something so simple could be so effective on many levels! I made the decision to train as a homeopath at the Centre of Homeopathic Education graduating in June 2005. At first I treated family, friends and work colleagues and have never looked back.

So what next? Well as your looking at my website, I would like to help you with your health condition. So contact me on 07771521213 where we can have an informal chat over the phone and talk over your options.

More about me

Natural health and wellbeing has always been an interest that supports me and my family through our daily life. Especially during health issues I had and other challenging times during pregnancy and complications occurred. Homeopathic remedies was the root I wanted to take and felt it necessary for my child’s wellbeing.

The natural healing element of Homeopathy has helped in so many ways over the years, for myself and my family. For my children in their younger years, continually suffering catarrhal problems, night terrors, and childhood conditions such as chicken pox, Scarlatina, and measles, and other common conditions such as throat infections and virus’s. I always find that by using homeopathic remedies I can find a remedy that is effective in any situation.

My own journey in homeopathy was completed when I qualified in 2005 after 4 years of education. Being a member of Alliance of Registered Homeopaths (ARH) and abiding by their code of conduct, ethics and guidelines.

The journey continues which allows me to regularly attend development sessions which, in effect, is important.

To be a homeopath therapist is a privilege and an honour to be able to help those in need. It seeks to heal on many levels, emotionally, spiritually and physically.

To work with homeopathic remedies touches all those who are searching for a natural healing remedy and this ethos is very important for me and in doing so gives me great pleasure.
